OLMEC SYSTEMS, INC. AWARDED 'VENDOR- ALLY OF THE YEAR' BY THE ENERGY RESOURCE GROUP, INC.

MORRISTOWN, NJ, November 30, 1999 — Last week, The Energy Resource Group, Inc., headquartered in Morristown, NJ awarded its prestigious 'Vendor-Ally of the Year' award to Olmec Systems, Inc., of Denville, NJ. The Energy Resource Group annually selects a vendor for recognition with this award based upon "superlative and proactive, support and service", according to President JB Blanchard. He further stressed that "among many vendors, we have a few critical vendor-allies who enable us to outperform our competition - in turn permitting unique value-added partnerships with our clients".

Olmec was elected from pool of over fifty viable candidates located throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Blanchard explained, "Although we represent a fraction of Olmec's annual business, we are treated like their largest - or only -- client. That's why they won." Mr. Blanchard, in conjunction with the Regional Managers from the Energy Resource Group, voted for the recipient of this award in mid-November. "This is the first year we had a unanimous decision," added Rudy Conrad, V.P. of Marketing, based in the Energy Resource Group's Kansas City facility. For the last four years, Florida based Energy Planning Associates, has been the recipient for this award.
